ExactPay Payroll sends service-related text messages to clients about their payroll — including payroll deadline reminders, requests for missing timesheets, appointment confirmations, and replies to questions you send us.
Customers provide express written consent to receive text messages by signing ExactPay Payroll Services, LLC's service agreement, which includes an SMS/Text Message Consent and Authorization. In it, the customer provides their mobile number and authorizes ExactPay to send account-related text messages (SMS and MMS) to that number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving payroll services, and the customer may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency varies based on your payroll schedule and the questions you send us.
