ExactPay Payroll Services, LLC ("ExactPay") provides payroll and related services to business clients. This policy describes how we handle the personal information we collect in the course of providing those services.
We collect the information our clients provide to us so we can run their payroll and deliver the services they engage us for — business contact details, and the payroll information a client's business supplies. We use it only to provide our services, meet our legal and tax obligations, and communicate with our clients about their accounts.
When you provide ExactPay Payroll with a mobile phone number, we may use it to send you service-related text messages about your payroll account.
No third-party sharing. Mobile information collected for text messaging will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Opt out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may continue to receive messages by email, phone, or mail unless you opt out of those separately.

Client information is handled by the ExactPay team that services the account and is not sold to anyone. We retain it as long as needed to provide our services and to meet payroll and tax record-keeping requirements.
